Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (biological sciences, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, business).
• Eight years of progressive leadership experience in clinical research operations within an academic medical center or oncology setting.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ICH/GCP, and OHRP regulations; excellent cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth of the IIT portfolio and oversee governance review.
• Direct day-to-day Clinical Trials Office operations and supervise staff.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, staffing and program planning.
• Design career development pathways to improve retention.
• Collaborate with institutional leadership to ensure seamless trial continuity.
• Overhaul SOPs and ensure FDA/ICH/GCP/OHRP compliance.
