Job summary

Washington University on the School of Medicine campus is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I in Radiation Oncology to assist investigators across basic to moderately complex studies. You will coordinate participant recruitment, informed consent, data collection, and regulatory documentation while liaising with sponsors and staff.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and Basic Life Support certification within one month of hire; no specific prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating clinical research studies and aligning with protocol requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for study teams and participants.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, data collection, and regulatory documentation.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages all phases of study/protocol and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Recruits, enrolls, and consents participants; assesses eligibility and explains procedures.
• Monitors protocol adherence, collects data, and reports adverse events as required.
• Coordinates with sponsors and sites to ensure timely study progress.
