Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Life Support certification required within one month of hire.
• Clinical research experience and staff oversight required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Division of Clinical Research.
• Recruit, hire, manage, and review clinical research staff with investigators.
• Develop and implement division policies and procedures.
• Monitor federal and sponsor funding and financial performance.
• Ensure IRB compliance and grant regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and compliance monitoring, and aid strategic planning.
• Educate staff on research compliance and training programs.
