Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a Principal/Lead Architect for Intelligence Center X. You will lead the most strategic customer engagements, modeling enterprise domains, designing agentic AI solutions, and delivering enterprise-grade ICX implementations that demonstrate value to customers worldwide.

You will work with executives and partners to advance the ICX roadmap and influence product direction. This global role is based in the Americas with opportunities to travel up to 25% and collaborate across

Qualifications

Experience leading strategic enterprise engagements with executive buyers.
Ability to articulate business value and defend the ROI of ICX solutions.
Hands-on architect capable of end-to-end solution design including ontology and agentic AI.
Experience with large-scale data and analytics in industrial settings.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and startup-like velocity.

Responsibilities

Lead the most complex, first-of-a-kind engagements with executive sponsorship.
Set the standard for ICX positioning, reference architectures, and value cases.
Shape the ICX roadmap by feeding use cases and requirements back to product teams.
Engage executives and strategic partners to build business cases and partnerships.
