Job summary
Siemens AG is seeking an ICX Principal to lead our most strategic agentic AI engagements. Based in the Americas, you will model complex domains, design agentic AI solutions, and deliver applications that demonstrate value to lighthouse customers while guiding roadmap and partnerships globally.
Your role combines hands-on architecture with executive-level leadership, partnering with sales, engineering, and R&D to advance Siemens Intelligence Center X across industries and geographies.
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale agentic AI engagements.
- Ability to build business cases with executives and mobilize large organizations.
- Expertise in enterprise ontology design and end-to-end solution architecture.
- Proven track record in data engineering and analytics across modern AI platforms.
- Experience with platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud data lakes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the most complex engagements, hands-on and first-of-a-kind.
- Set the standard for ICX positioning and implementation.
- Shape the ICX roadmap with use cases and requirements for product teams.
- Engage executives and strategic partners to build compelling business cases.
- Collaborate with sales, ICX Engineering, strategic partners and R&D.
