Siemens AG seeks an experienced ICX Principal to lead strategic agentic AI engagements. You will model complex domains as enterprise ontologies, design agents and ML that reason over data, and deliver agentic applications that drive customer investment in Intelligence Center X.

Based in the Americas, you will guide teams across data, manufacturing and software disciplines, collaborating with sales leadership, ICX engineering, and strategic partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Technical leadership on strategic enterprise accounts.
• Senior technical consulting in agentic AI, data and analytics for client executives.
• Solution architecture across enterprise ontology, agentic apps and ML.
• Ecosystem positioning to show ICX differentiation and fit with customer platforms.
• Data engineering and analytics across dispersed enterprise data.
• Experience with modern data and AI platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, cloud services).
• Agentic AI design grounded in enterprise data (LLMs, retrieval, tooling).
• Enterprise ontology modelling and knowledge graphs for business use cases.
• Machine learning and data science applied to forecasting, anomaly detection, etc.
• Industrial software knowledge in product lifecycle or industrial IoT.
• Industry depth in manufacturing, engineering, pharma, aerospace or financial services.

Responsabilités

• Lead the most complex, first-of-a-kind ICX engagements with executives.
• Set the standard for ICX positioning, reference architectures, and value cases.
• Shape the ICX roadmap by aligning use cases with product development.
• Engage executives and strategic partners, and guide partnerships with GSIs and hyperscalers.
