Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in a semiconductor wafer or packaging manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process control software.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, math or science discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and mentorship to silicon assembly technicians.
• Monitor process performance and analyze product non-conformance.
• Operate and maintain high-precision manufacturing equipment.
