Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking an experienced Lead Identity and Access Management Operations Engineer to join our Information Security team. You will own IAM operations for SailPoint IIQ, IdentityIQ, ISC, and CIAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta CIAM, or Auth0, while mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams.

You will drive secure, compliant identity operations, lead incident response, and help implement evolving IAM solutions for a large enterprise.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on IAM experience with SailPoint IIQ and CIAM
Expert in CIAM capabilities incl. registration, authentication, SSO, MFA and profile management
Experience with CIAM platforms (Okta/Auth0/ForgeRock) and integration with AD/HR systems

Responsibilities

Operate and enhance SailPoint IIQ, Identity IQ, ISC, and CIAM platforms with advanced troubleshooting
Collaborate with Governance, Incident Response, Engineering and Compliance teams for policy alignment (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
Lead IAM incident efforts and provide expert guidance and resolution
Maintain IIQ rules, onboarding configurations, and provisioning policies
Support IIQ certifications, campaigns, monitoring and remediation
Mentor junior IAM engineers and drive continuous IAM improvements
