The role emphasizes performing visual inspections, documenting runs, monitoring material flow, and assisting line mechanics as needed. Candidates with poultry processing experience are preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Visual inspections and documentation during each run.
• Monitor the flow of materials through machine.
• Perform minor package changeovers and material changes.
• Assist line mechanics in repairs as needed.
• Ensure equipment is running and properly coded on boxes.

Responsibilities

• Turn on equipment at start of shift and shut down at end.
• Complete run documentation and ensure defect-free work.
• Relieve machine operators for breaks as needed.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
