Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Field Superintendent to lead construction activities for a hyperscale data center project in Childress, TX. You will oversee field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

The role requires 10+ years in I&C construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 certification and solid documentation skills are essential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of Instrumentation & Controls construction experience.
• Experience leading field teams and managing subcontractors.
• Primavera P6 experience required.
• Procore or Bluebeam experience required.
• Strong RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation experience.
• Experience on large industrial or data center projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
