Job summary

Titan Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. invites an experienced Hydronic Piping Foreman to lead field installation of hydronic piping systems on commercial projects in Richmond, VA. You will supervise journeymen and apprentices, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure safety and quality aligns with project plans.

The ideal candidate has strong hydronic piping experience, reads mechanical drawings, and can coordinate multiple trades while driving daily progress on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical piping experience preferred.
• Prior Foreman or Lead Mechanic experience strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lead a crew and delegate work effectively.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hydronic piping crews on commercial construction projects.
• Plan daily manpower, materials, equipment, and activities.
• Install and oversee hydronic piping systems, including chilled water, hot water, heating water, condenser water, and pump connections.
• Read and interpret drawings and project plans.
• Coordinate piping with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.
• Train and mentor apprentices and less-experienced staff.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain clean, organized worksites.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate progress and needs.
