Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years in production, assembly, testing, or maintenance of hydraulic systems.
• Lead or trainer experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic power units, test stands, instrumentation, and calibration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities across assembly and testing areas, safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate team assignments, monitor workflow, and remove barriers affecting output.
• Assemble hydraulic power units and perform testing and inspection to meet specs.
• Interpret hydraulic schematics, drawings, BOMs, and procedures for proper assembly.
• Train and mentor team on safety, quality, and documentation standards.
• Maintain production records, test results, and calibration data.
• Drive continuous improvement and coordinate with engineering and quality teams.
