Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA and CIA; CFA is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking, private wealth, capital markets or finance.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit Engagement Management – manage a portfolio of audits, staffing, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and audit plan completion.
• Project Leadership – lead and manage larger, complex audit engagements and projects.
• Team Development – guide and mentor audit team personnel.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building – build relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment & Reporting – identify risks and controls, design audit programs, review papers, draft reports.
