Job summary

A+ Derr Heating & Cooling in the United States is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our Install team. The role focuses on installing and assembling HVAC systems while mentoring junior installers and ensuring installations meet industry standards.

You will document calls and jobs per company requirements, maintain high customer satisfaction, and stay updated on new products. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record; background check.
• EPA Certification preferred; Kentucky journeyman and Vanderburgh County Journeyman licenses preferred.

• Assist less experienced Installers with equipment installation and daily activities.
• Document all calls/jobs per company requirements and ensure safety and quality.

Job Description

We are looking for self-driven, motivated individuals to join our Install team! We have openings for a Lead HVAC Installer. Installers are responsible for providing a variety of HVAC duties including assistance with installation and assembling all aspects of HVAC systems.

Day-to-Day Activities

Assist less experienced Installers with equipment installation and daily activities. Primarily works in residential change out market. Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements. Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during installation. Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field. Performs all work to industry standards and maintains a professional manner and appearance at all times. Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives as related to building operations and practices safe work habits.

Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record and be able to pass a background check.

Experience and Credentials

Experience: 5+ years of HVAC experience

License/Certification

Driver's License (Required) and acceptable driving record Kentucky HVAC journeyman (preferred) Vanderburgh County Journeyman License (preferred) EPA Certification (preferred)
