Lead HVAC Technician

Required:

• 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience
• Proficient in screw and centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, VFDs, pumps, and large school/hospital air systems
• High School Diploma or greater
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong skills in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Proficient in multiple OEM or single OEM products
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications, and design
• Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic
• Strong analytical and logical skills with high precision in detailed work
• Stable work history
