Overview

ABM is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to oversee day-to-day field execution of commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This role is primarily field-based and responsible for supervising technicians and subcontractors, coordinating daily work activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are installed according to scope, schedule, and specifications.

The Lead HVAC Technician is a working leader who provides direct oversight in the field, supports project management teams, and serves as the primary on-site authority for workmanship, safety, and productivity. This position also supports the project management function with budgeted cost, contracted scope and completed execution of services on‑time; it does not carry full project financial ownership or P&L responsibility but is focused on quality and execution, rather than administrative project management.
