Full job description

Duties:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
2. Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
3. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively.
4. Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all installations and repairs.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.
7. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Experience:

1. Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the HVAC/R industry.
2. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in property maintenance or service technician roles.
3. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
4. Ability to operate vehicles for transporting equipment; valid driver's license preferred.
5. Experience in welding is advantageous for certain installation tasks.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for successful performance in this role.
