Job Title: Lead HVAC Service Technician

Join Quigley Heating & Air as a Lead HVAC Service Technician in Farmers Branch, TX. We have been serving the greater Dallas area for 75 years, providing premium HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair services for residential and light commercial clients. Pay Range and Benefits

Base pay: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr, based on experience. Additional incentives include spiffs and bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial AC & heating equipment (80% residential, 20% commercial)
• Educate customers on repairs, replacements, and indoor air quality

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years HVAC field experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certifications or ability to obtain within 1 year
• State Technician’s Card
• Proficient troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills
• Understanding of HVAC design and ductwork modifications
• Customer education skills
• Knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
• Availability for Saturday rotation
• High School diploma or equivalent

Additional Information
