Job summary

Romanoff Group seeks an HVAC Project Superintendent - Multi-family to oversee day-to-day activities of a single residential project, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years supervising HVAC teams, 8+ years installation experience, and a strong knowledge of construction plans and code requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HVAC.
• Minimum 8 years of installation experience in HVAC.
• Understanding of HVAC industry standards and codes.
• Experience with residential and commercial new construction processes.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, train, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and implement solutions.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and construction documents.
• Understanding of electrical construction considerations.

Responsibilities

• Read plans, specifications, and documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Supervise installation crews, field employees, and subcontractors.
• Serve as on-site safety lead and client contact.
• Identify tools, materials, and equipment needs for tasks.
• Maintain safe, organized, and compliant job sites.
• Provide direction and leadership to field personnel and subcontractors.
• Manage materials, takeoffs, ordering, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with general contractors and inspectors to meet schedules and codes.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work.
