Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, the largest HVAC company in the market, seeks a Service Technician Supervisor to lead a team of field technicians in Bedford Park, IL. You will oversee scheduling, safety, and performance to ensure high-quality service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of residential systems.

The role focuses on coaching staff, improving productivity, and delivering a five-star customer experience while maintaining regulatory compliance and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC cert or degree preferred.
• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience; 2+ years in supervisory role.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; NATE preferred.
• OSHA 13-Hour certification preferred or obtainable within the first 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform field work and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead the field service team to ensure safe, efficient HVAC service and repair.
• Coach technicians on sales presentation and five-star customer experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and other departments to support operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure ethical sales practices and customer-focused recommendations.
