Job summary

AAF International in Phoenix is seeking a Service Technician Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee field service operations and supervise technicians.

You will manage key accounts, perform high-end air filter change-outs, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with sales and other departments. The role requires HVAC experience, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach to problem solving and customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification from an accredited program.
• OSHA 10 or higher safety training.
• 5+ years in commercial HVAC environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift service operations and supervise technicians.
• Manage key accounts and coordinate with Sales on changes.
• Inspect and install HVAC air filters and perform on-site safety checks.
• Train staff, manage work orders, and ensure quality standards.
• Travel for out-of-town service, quotes, and training as needed.
