Qualifications

• HVAC technical certification from an accredited school.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Forklift driver experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 or above required.
• 3+ years in commercial HVAC.
• Surveying experience.
• Safety training.
• High school diploma.
• Must have transportation to the branch.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds as needed.
• Experience indoors/outdoors.
• Experience driving 16ft box trucks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam ability.
• Basic math to verify figures.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor service technicians; ensure safety and performance.
• Perform site surveys for new/existing facilities and communicate with customers/sales teams.
• Install, replace, and inspect HVAC filters in air handling systems; diagnose issues in the field.
• Maintain service reports, deficiency notes, and management feedback; assist warehouse as needed.
• Enforce OSHA, FDA and company safety standards; coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams; travel for out-of-town jobs as required.
