Job summary

Walmart in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to install, calibrate, and service commercial refrigeration systems, including direct digital controls and energy management systems. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor apprentices across facilities in the region.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification or equivalent training.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and refrigerant issues.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs across multiple sites.
• Lead field teams and mentor apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and EPA regulations.
• Communicate service outcomes with customers and managers.
