Job summary

The role requires knowledge of OSHA and EPA refrigerant handling, experience with supermarket refrigeration, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while coordinating regional workloads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration experience.
• Type I/II or Universal EPA refrigerant handling certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems.
• Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Supervise field teams and mentor Technicians.
