Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in construction management or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in construction.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specs for buildability.
• Experience with HVAC/plumbing projects is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; PMP a plus; OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities for safe, on-time delivery.
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and report costs, progress, and forecasts.
• Establish and execute project work plans.
• Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage pay apps, RFIs, POs, submittals, changes.
• Coordinate resources with Operations Manager and Superintendent.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Review drawings for constructability and accuracy.
• Lead project coordinators and foremen.
