Job summary

Frey Lutz LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and Plumbing projects ranging from $25,000 to $1,000,000. You will coordinate with customers, field leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery from planning through closeout.

The role requires strong project management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control skills, along with the ability to read blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction, mechanical, HVAC, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects ranging from $25,000 to $1,000,000 in value.
• Oversee projects from turnover and planning through completion and closeout.
• Review project scope, contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project costs, labor, material usage, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions.
• Prepare, track, and manage change orders and additional work.
