Cooper Mechanical Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking a Plumbing/Mechanical Project Manager to join our construction team. This role blends project estimation and field management for HVAC construction projects in the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex timelines and budgets while coordinating with multiple trades.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Mechanical and/or Plumbing project management experience.
• Estimating experience is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with Trimble AutoBid is a plus.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical, background check, and MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and purchase materials

• Handle project submittals, RFIs, and material procurement
• Oversee project execution to ensure completion on time and within budget
