Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a Lead Engineer in the California area with plumbing design skills and leadership.

The role requires 10–20 years in HVAC and/or plumbing design, the ability to communicate complex problems clearly to clients, engineers and architects, and the drive to lead the department, assign projects, prepare estimates and budgets while ensuring work meets or exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years’ experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing design.
• Ability to communicate complex problems clearly and simply to clients, engineers and architects
• Knowledge of HVAC systems in all areas is required
