You will oversee the department, assign projects to team members, and help prepare estimates and budgets while ensuring work meets or exceeds expectations. Local to the Orange County area is preferred; the role involves coordinating with clients and engineers and driving design quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing design.
• Ability to communicate complex problems clearly to clients, engineers and architects
• Knowledge of HVAC systems in all areas
