Qualifications

• HVAC or mechanical technician experience is preferred.
• One year of lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
• Handle heavy workload of calls
• Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
• Manage workload and job scheduling
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins for spot jobs)
• Keep manager informed of customer feedback
• Communicate effectively and promptly
• Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
• Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
• When the Supervisor is present, direct smaller work groups
• Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
