Job summary

Harbor Walk Community is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee and perform apartment maintenance across our properties in League City, TX. You will diagnose and repair A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliances, and prepare vacant units for market readiness.

The ideal candidate holds HVAC A/C certification, has at least 12 months of onsite maintenance experience, is energetic and self-motivated, and delivers outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• 12 months of onsite maintenance experience required.
• HVAC A/C certification required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Energetic and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status via turnover repairs.
• Maintain snow removal, grounds and common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
