One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Outer Banks, NC seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to supervise residential installations and guide crew members through from start to finish. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage installations from start to finish.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installations.
• Supervise and train installation helpers.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues in the field.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment.
