Qualifications

At least five years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a drug screen, background check and motor vehicle record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
Knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and solving problems.
Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information.
