One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work and wants to join a trusted, professional team serving the area for over 50 years.

The role involves leading residential HVAC installs, guiding team members, and ensuring compliance with standards and codes. A strong customer-first approach and robust physical capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC change out and installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and installation practices.
• Customer-first attitude with professional communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Change out and Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems (sometimes commercial).
• Perform duct modifications and system changeouts.
• Lead installations and guide team members when necessary.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
