One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Bourne, MA is seeking an HVAC Installation Lead to oversee and perform the installation of new units and replacement parts. You will lead the installation team, instruct crew members, and ensure professional, safe workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage dispatching, material orders, and job-site inspections, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential replacement and retrofit HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and on-site applications.
• Must display effective communication skills and technical competence.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions.
• Must provide basic hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation dispatching, ordering, warehousing, truck and tool inventory.
• Builds and completes installation job packets.
• Ensures complete and accurate forms in job folders.
• Orders materials accurately to complete each installation.
• Assigns installation crews to jobs.
• Coordinates materials procurement with approved vendors for efficiency and cost.
• Tracks unused materials for reuse or return.
• Maintains truck and warehouse stock inventory.
• Schedules and conducts monthly safety meetings.
• Performs regular job site and truck inspections; files permits for installs as needed.
• Maintains departmental budget and job costing analysis.
