You will install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation, read plans, size systems, supervise crews, and ensure work meets code and manufacturer guidelines while keeping homeowners informed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven ability to lead install crews and run jobs independently.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and install best practices.
• EPA certification required (NATE a plus).
• Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Read plans, size systems, and ensure installs meet design specs
• Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety
• Ensure all work meets code, quality standards, and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the install process
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and final walkthroughs
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades or improvements
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and leadership to keep jobs running smoothly
