Job summary

Live Free Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing in Concord, NH is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential installations from start to finish and mentor apprentices. You will install furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and related equipment, read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with code and manufacturer specs.

Qualifications

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Valid NH Gas License (Required).
EPA 608 Universal Certification (Required).
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and related equipment.
Perform brazing, venting, gas piping, refrigerant piping, and system commissioning.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and make field adjustments as needed.
Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite and company vehicle.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Mentor and train apprentices and installation helpers.
Complete all required paperwork accurately using ServiceTitan and other company systems.
