Job summary

Heartland Home Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our Install team in a residential setting. You will lead installation activities, mentor junior installers, and ensure work meets code and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC experience and a valid driver's license, with preferred Kentucky journeyman or Vanderburgh County credentials. We offer competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers with equipment installation and daily activities.
• Document all calls/jobs to company requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction during installation.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and products in the field.
• Lead and mentor less experienced Installers as needed.
• Comply with codes, regulations and safety practices.
