Job summary

Mechollage, Inc. is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer in Virginia Beach/Newport News to own installations from start to finish. You will supervise helpers, ensure quality, and drive projects to startup and commissioning.

• EPA Universal Certification is required.

• Ability to independently lead and complete installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations, including system replacements, split systems, and ductwork.
• Take ownership from equipment setup through startup and final testing.
• Direct helpers and junior installers while maintaining a productive job site.
• Complete system startup, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure installations meet applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and company standards.

Mechollage is a veteran-owned HVAC company serving Virginia Beach and the Peninsula since 2009. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer who can take ownership of installations, keep the job moving, and set the standard for quality workmanship.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations, including system replacements, split systems, and ductwork
• Take ownership of the job from equipment setup through startup and final testing
• Direct helpers and junior installers while maintaining a productive job site
• Complete system startup, testing, and commissioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure installations meet applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and company standards
