Job summary

Willco Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating Inc. is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will assess sites, size units, and ensure installations meet safety and performance standards.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and experience with furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork. EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installer experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements for proper system placement.
• Install refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation components.
• Perform load calculations to size HVAC units correctly.
• Test systems and make adjustments for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Comply with safety protocols and HVAC codes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
