Job summary

3H contracting seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to install, service, and repair HVAC/R systems on diverse projects. You will read schematics and blueprints, diagnose issues with diagnostic tools, and conduct related plumbing/welding tasks on site.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC install experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA certification. Travel and field service across Tampa Bay area and beyond are expected, with emphasis on safety and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• HVAC install experience: at least 2 years.
• EPA Certification required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and design plans.
• Diagnose system issues with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Perform plumbing work related to HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Weld, repair, or replace mechanical components as needed.
• Maintain and service HVAC units; ensure safety standards.
