Job summary
3H contracting in Tampa, FL is seeking a lead HVAC installer with strong experience in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and field service to install, repair, and service commercial equipment.
You will read schematics, diagnose issues with ohmmeters, weld or replace components, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring safety standards and codes are met.
Must have a valid driver's license and EPA certification; on‑road work across property sites is required.

Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment
- Read schematics, blueprints and HVAC design plans for accurate installs
- Diagnose system issues using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters
- Perform plumbing work related to HVAC and ammonia refrigeration
- Weld or replace mechanical components as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units and property
- Ensure installations meet safety standards and local codes
- Mentor junior technicians as needed
