Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lead HVAC installer required.
• Quality workmanship and safety focus, with adherence to codes and standards.
• Leadership and teamwork to guide the crew and mentor installers.
• Clear communication and customer service to explain installation and system operation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; flexible to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
• Ensure all installs meet code requirements and manufacturer specs.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about installation process and system operation.
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and final walkthroughs with customers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Coordinate with team to keep install schedules on track.
• Use Service Titan to document jobs, upload photos, and complete checklists.
• Deliver 5-star customer experiences and seek positive reviews.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
