Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading installation teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manufacturer specifications.
• Experience developing quotes for repairs and replacement equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and learning job-related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish while maintaining quality, safety, and company standards.
• Install, replace, and service residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to installation crew members.
• Mentor and train apprentices with practical coaching.
• Diagnose system issues, complete repairs, and calibrate equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment in company vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and offer system care recommendations.
• Complete installations with honesty, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
