Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC installation and repair.
• Proficient in diagnosing and replacing HVAC components.
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs correctly.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace HVAC equipment including ductwork and units.
• Engage with homeowners to discuss their HVAC needs.
• Coach and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.

Refrigeration function and theory knowledge
