WeCare Heating is seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our Florida team. This full-time role covers residential and commercial installations, with flexible scheduling options including nights and weekends.

EPA 608 Universal certification is required, along with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. We offer year-round work, paid training, a robust benefits package, and a company vehicle with gas card and uniform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Certified HVAC Installation Technician in residential and commercial settings.
• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for HVAC installation.

What you NEED:
