We Care A/C, Plumbing & Electric in Florida is seeking skilled HVAC Installation Technicians to join our growing team serving Fort Walton, Pensacola, and Panama City, FL.

We offer full-time, year-round work with paid training, a robust benefits package, and a fully equipped vehicle. Minimum 2 years’ installation experience and EPA 608 Universal are required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an HVAC Installation Technician in residential and commercial settings.
• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to perform physical HVAC installation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform commissioning, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and workmanship.

What You NEED

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Certified HVAC Installation Technician in residential and commercial settings
• Must have EPA 608 Universal
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for HVAC installation, with reasonable accommodations available

Compensation pay ranges: $50,000 - $100,000
