Job summary

We Care Heating & Air in Florida is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. You will install, service, and retrofit HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements include 2+ years’ installation experience, EPA 608 Universal certification, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Pre-employment drug testing and background checks are required. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

What you NEED:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Certified HVAC Installation Technician in residential and commercial settings
• Must have EPA 608 Universal
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for HVAC installation, with reasonable accommodations available

Compensation pay ranges: $50,000 - $100,000
