Job summary

Woods Comfort Systems seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Installer in San Marcos, TX to oversee installs from start to finish. You will install HVAC systems, mentor junior installers, ensure safety and code compliance, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires EPA certification, 2–3 years of install experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

• 2-3 years HVAC installation experience noted.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools and installation procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems per manufacturer specs and standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Train and mentor installation team members for quality workmanship.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports and inventory use.
• Communicate with customers to provide outstanding service and answer questions.
