Job summary

Champion Home Services in San Antonio area is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team in Bulverde, TX. This role requires strong installation skills, leadership, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

You will lead installation projects, ensure safety and codes compliance, train crew members, and communicate clearly with customers. EPA Certification and 3–4 years of HVAC installation experience are required; a valid driver's license is expected.

Qualifications

EPA Certification is required.
3–4 years of HVAC installation experience.
Flexible schedule, including weekends.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship.
Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory usage.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding service and answer any questions.
